Kokoda apartments is an exciting project because it is a mix of social and affordable housing for the Queensland government. Eastline Electrical takes great pride in helping to complete the “Kokoda Rise” a nine-story, single basement with 47 apartments. One of the main reasons that this project is unique because it contributes to help tackling the QLD housing crisis and making a difference in the community.
The Hub was designed by Brian Meyerson Architects, responsible for some of the most acclaimed developments in the Eastern Suburbs. Crowned by three prestigious penthouses, the building comprises one, two and three bedroom apartments and ground floor retail tenancies. The interesting design, convenient location and quality of work being undertaken on site by Ceerose ensured that all units were sold off the plan months before the completion of construction. Floor to ceiling glass ensures the living areas take full advantage of their aspect, and sliding glass doors allow the internal living spaces to flow seamlessly to private timber-decked terraces beyond.
